Asian Centre for Certification and Education of Addiction Professionals Project in Thailand

June 22 , 2010, Bangkok: Dato’ Patricia Yoon-Moi Chia, Secretary-General of the Colombo Plan Secretariat, paid a courtesy call on Pol.Gen. Krisna Polananta, Secretary-General, NCB, and discussed about the founding of the Colombo Plan Asian Centre for Certification and Education of Addiction Professional in Thailand.
