Study Visit of NNCC Officers in Thailand

During 6 - 11 December 2010, the ONCB hosted a study visit program on drug demand reduction in Thailand for National Narcotics Control Commission (NNCC) officers, People's Republic of China. The group of NNCC delegation led by Mr. Bai Yanping, Chief Engineer, Drug intelligence and Forensic Center. The visitting program focused on drug demand reduction which has been successfully implementing in Thailand. The study visit has been conducting alternately between Thailand and China every year since the signing of Thai-China MOU on the Cooperation in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursor Chemical Control, on October 10, 2000, in Bangkok.
