During 7 – 13 March 2010, ONCB has organized a study trip on drug demand reduction in Thailand for 13 senior officers from Vietnam. The Vietnamese representatives led by Mr. Le Duc Hien , Deputy –General Director, Department of Social Evils Prevention , Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, have observed and attended briefing on drugs control works in, Bangkok, Bangkok perimeter provinces and Chon Buri Province.
